Terms and Conditions – Pakrumm Online Gaming Pakistan

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the pakrumm platform, including the website at pakrumm.app, all associated mobile interfaces and any software or services provided by pakrumm to registered users in Pakistan. The entity operating pakrumm is referred to throughout these Terms as "pakrumm", "we", "us" or "our". You, the registered account holder, are referred to as "you", "your" or "the player".

By creating an account on pakrumm, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the real-money gaming platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with pakrumm on the basis of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not register an account or use any part of the real-money platform.

Pakrumm is committed to providing a fair, transparent and enjoyable gaming environment for Pakistani players. These Terms are designed to protect both players and the platform. They are written in clear English — not deliberately complex legal language — because we want every player to understand the rules they are playing under.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a real-money account on pakrumm, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Pakrumm strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and carries out age verification on all accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any balance will be returned to the payment source.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where use of the pakrumm platform is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure.
• You must not already hold an active account on pakrumm. Each individual person is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed when identified.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and for your own personal use. Registering on behalf of another person, a business entity or a third party is not permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from pakrumm or any affiliated platform.

Pakrumm reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration at any time, including by requesting government-issued identity documents such as a CNIC or passport. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3Account Rules

Your pakrumm account is personal to you. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one pakrumm account. If duplicate accounts are detected, pakrumm will close all accounts except the first verified one and may confiscate any bonus funds obtained through duplicate registrations.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Pakrumm will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Immediate notification: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pakrumm support immediately via live chat or at support@pakrumm.app.
• Account information accuracy: You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details up to date. An outdated mobile number or email address may delay withdrawal processing or prevent important security notifications from reaching you.
• Account inactivity: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. Pakrumm will notify you before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees will not reduce a balance below zero.
• Account closure by the player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Outstanding bet settlements must be completed before closure is finalised. Any remaining balance will be returned to your nominated payment method.
• Account closure by pakrumm: Pakrumm reserves the right to close, restrict or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or associated with money laundering, bonus abuse or match-fixing. In cases of suspected fraud, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on pakrumm are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency transactions, no conversion fees applied by pakrumm and no international transfer delays.

Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa debit card and Mastercard debit card.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Pakrumm does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside pakrumm's control.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method may be used.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Pakrumm may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above a threshold determined by our compliance team. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during maintenance windows may experience short delays.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on pakrumm. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within each game or betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Minimum bet: Rs 200 for sports betting; Rs 100 for slot games; minimum stakes for crash games and poker are displayed within each game.
• Bet acceptance: Pakrumm reserves the right to refuse, limit or restrict any bet without explanation, particularly where market integrity concerns, technical errors or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Odds errors: In the event that odds are published due to a technical error, system fault or human error at a price that does not reflect the true market price, pakrumm reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies to both pre-match and live markets.
• Void bets: Bets are voided and stakes returned in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment before completion thresholds are met, incorrect odds published in error, or technical failures that prevented fair participation.
• Live in-play betting: Odds on live markets may be suspended temporarily during critical moments — goals, VAR reviews, injuries — as a normal protective measure. Bets already confirmed before suspension are unaffected.
• Maximum winnings: Pakrumm applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are published within the platform and may vary by sport or game type. Players with unusually high winning streaks may be subject to stake limitations.
• Crash games: All crash games on pakrumm use provably fair cryptographic RNG. Players may verify outcomes. The auto cash-out feature executes at the set multiplier regardless of network delays on the player's side — it is your responsibility to ensure a stable connection.
• Slots: All slot titles carry independent RTP certification. RTP figures are published within each game's information panel. Slot outcomes are determined by certified RNG that pakrumm cannot modify.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Pakrumm offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance upon meeting the qualifying conditions of the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. As a general guide, pakrumm bonus wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Sports bets and crash games may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to wagering requirements is not permitted without explicit acceptance of the new bonus terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per IP address. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account closure.
• Pakrumm reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing qualifying requirements for bonuses already credited remain honoured.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts, false information or exploitation of technical errors — will be confiscated and the associated accounts closed.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pakrumm. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any related funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, creating accounts with false details or any other fraudulent conduct.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, move or withdraw funds for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming and betting. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinating with other accounts to manipulate bonus outcomes, or exploiting promotional offers in bad faith.
• Match-fixing & cheating: Using inside information, coordinating with players or officials involved in an event to manipulate outcomes, or using automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to use your account, whether for gaming, to place bets or to carry out transactions.
• Exploitation of system errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs or odds mistakes to place bets or claims that you know are not offered in good faith.
• Underage gaming: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating underage access.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the pakrumm platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, brand names and the overall design of the platform — is the intellectual property of pakrumm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the pakrumm platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership of the platform or its content. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute or resell any part of the pakrumm platform or its content without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any pakrumm software.
• Use any pakrumm brand names, logos or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.
• Scrape, harvest or collect data from the platform using automated tools for any commercial purpose.

9Privacy & Data

Pakrumm collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pakrumm collects data that is necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with applicable legal requirements. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Your gaming history and financial data are encrypted and stored securely.

10Responsible Gaming

Pakrumm is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity. The full details of these tools and support resources are described in our Responsible Gaming Policy. The key commitments are:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. These are applied instantly and cannot be increased without a mandatory waiting period.
• Loss limits: Players may cap maximum losses per session or per week across all games on pakrumm.
• Self-exclusion: Players may exclude themselves from pakrumm for periods of 24 hours to 6 months. Self-exclusion is effective immediately across all parts of the platform including payment processing.
• Reality checks: Session time reminders are configurable and will interrupt gameplay to display time and spending summaries at intervals chosen by the player.
• 18+ enforcement: Pakrumm enforces age verification on every account. Any account determined to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately and any remaining balance is returned.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakrumm's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• Pakrumm is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or any indirect, special, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Pakrumm is not liable for losses arising from system outages, third-party payment provider failures, internet connectivity issues outside our control or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions or telecommunications failures.
• Pakrumm's total liability for any single claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the value of your account balance at the time the claim arises.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Pakrumm makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free service, though we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and correct errors promptly when they occur.

12Amendments to These Terms

Pakrumm reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification displayed upon your next login.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — may be made without notice. The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update.

If you do not agree with any amendments to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account. Continued use of pakrumm after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them or from your use of the pakrumm platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which pakrumm is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with pakrumm's support team will be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or legal jurisdiction as determined by the applicable governing framework.

Pakrumm makes no representation that the platform or its services are lawful or available in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of pakrumm complies with local laws in their location.
